Musical Bingo Software

I am looking for someone who can develop an application which can be used on Windows and Mac computers. The primary function of the application would be as follows: - User adds audio or video files to a playlist - User sets a start time and end time for each audio or video file - Software creates user defined number of bingo cards for game players - User prints the created cards for game players - User selects a previously created playlist and can choose to randomise the order in which the media files are played - User starts the playlist and game players listen to the media files and cross them off their bingo card as they hear /see them on the secondary monitor. - Game player calls bingo when they have a line from left to right, or a full house (blackout) - User verifies bingo claim is made correctly by entering the bingo card serial number in the software There is a piece of software that does this already, however it's visually quite primitive and very buggy so I am looking to have my own software developed.
