Comprehensive Affiliate System for Service Purchases

I need an experienced developer to create an efficient affiliate system that is centered around service purchases made by customers. This is not a typical affiliate system and it involves a unique dynamic where: - Only one user type, customers, are involved. - The prime action by customers will be making purchases of services. Looking for a specialist who has: - Experience in building affiliate systems. - Solid understanding of eCommerce platforms, specifically service-based. - A creative problem-solving approach. I would like to generate a affiliate system that can benefit everybody. I want to help international students with their application process for studying in Europe and America. Not all students can afford this so I want when one student pays for the service I allocate some money for other students who cannot afford. But I also want to offer something that a student who pays the service would be willing to pay it and get something in return. Then I want to encourage teachers to promote this service to their students so I want them to earn something as well if their student use my service. 1.
