I urgently need a developer experienced in Deep Reinforcement Learning (DRL) and Blockchain to build a Proof-of-Concept project within 1 - 2 weeks maximum. This includes:
1- Training a dataset to classify available devices on the clouds based on their specifications,
2- Building a predictor using DRL and other algorithms to dynamically build two policies during runtime: (1- Policy of selecting the proper device to be assigned to execute any new job received based on the nature of the job, 2- Policy of task scheduling and resource allocation on the selected devices (executors))
3- Building an Ethereum blockchain to be used for all transactions of the framework using DPoS consensus algorithm, and smart contracts will be the rewarding mechanism for devices executing the jobs to receive the tokens.
4- Building An Authenticator as part of the "Blockchain Security Manager" to authenticate the devices before joining the system.
The job that will be used in the implementation will be any of the OSINT (open-source intelligence) options that can stream jobs/tasks/files that require the devices to perform some analysis, computation, coding, decoding, extracting features, or any other execution (I am flexible, the developer can select whatever suitable).
The developer should allow me to modify the simulation project with parameters to get different results and comparisons based on the entered parameters’ values so I can build a comprehensive comparison study.
