Build an Android Application for Meeting and Backend with Explanation -- Repost -- 2

I am in need of a sample application which is required to be demonstrated so every step needs to be explained to me (code and explanation). Requirements:- Android KitKat and above should work, If developer feels constrained base requirement can be enhanced no more than lollipop. The project should be able to be built using Android Studio 3.1.4 No custom libraries are to be included, Ads are also not required. For web component open source charting and javascript libraries can be used. (PHP, JQuery, Bootstrap are required. MVC is not requred but if developer wishes can use codeigniter only) Following activities should be there:- 1 - Welcome screen 2 - Register device with backend with email validation (name, photo, group, M/F) 3 - Setting a 4 digit pin to access the app 5 - Landing Page 6 - Selection of meeting with provided access code 7 - Identify self with row number and seat number 8 - Meeting functions ( 8 a - Ask a Question, 8 b - Hand raise, 8 c - Color Code Selection, 8 d - A B C D E Selection 8 e - Send Single Smiley ) 9 - Browser based speaker console should show responses with appropriate visualization ( 9 a - Time based journal of user submission in a pane to right 9 b - Start and stop for poll submission and subsequent chart visualization 9 c - Block cuss words, swearing from submission 9 d - Old data for polls should not be lost. 9 e - Ability to send poll directly to mobile app like a surprise 9 f - Vibrate selected mobiles ) Programmer is required to follow non-disclosure of source code nor use the source code in any other app under development. Enhancements are planned if project is a success.
