25 -SECOND World Map Animation for my membership website URGENT -- 6

I am looking for a skilled animator who can create a 25-second 2D animation for my reactjs script in my membership website. Each member in the website has details such as country, class etc. when a member clicks the button to play the math game, his name should pop up from the specific location in the world map just like the youtube link given below. my attached video shows my website ; from0:10-0:21 five members join the game.
