Admissions to Indian universities

I require someone to get me admissions to any of the following Indian universities, URGENTLY. In any of the below programs. I want to be able to study via distance education or part time or I study in Kuwait and come to India just for the exams. I am willing to pay all dues (all the money required) to have a degree/certificate from any of the below mentioned universities.
