543012 Web Based Application Protector

Summary: I would like a web based system for protecting software and or document files. I would like it to work like [login to view URL] in almost every way. Sign up for a free trial to see how it works. The owner logs into the members area and wraps his software with a web based wrapper application. He then distributes he file to the user who opens it. The protected file checks against the database to see if that user is allowed to open it. Features: I need the owner to be able to limit the user to open on X amount of different computers based on MAC address. There must also be a free trial period option allowing the file to be opened X amount of times or for X amount of days. If the user is not connected to the internet the file will not be allowed to open. The original file must not be accessible in any way to the user once running. The database of users must be able to be backed up. There must be logs of activation attempts and invalid key attempts for up to the last 5 years. Must be able to search by user Name or email address. Must be able to suspend users key. Must be able to delete users. Must be able to import user database to Aweber or Get response. The database must be fast as there will be over 100,000 names. there may be a few other things I have forgotten but that is the main idea. Will escrow Only. Will release 50% with first test draft, then the rest once final draft is bug free.
