XML, MySQL and minor flash work needed

Flash based template requires xml, php, and mysql work for completion. 1)creation of back-end allowing admin to place listings onto site 2)the integration of php/xml into currently nonfunctioning "search" page, allowing users to search results placed into mysql by admin by year, price, location, keyword, etc. Thumbnail photo displayed beside result title. Results must be divided on a page by page basis, so it fits properly into the flash. 3)creation of "view" page: when a listing is clicked on the search page, user is brought to a "view" page. the listings information is displayed as follows: top center: Title, in bold. Below, large, centered image of the listing. underneath the large image, thumbnails of all of the images of the listing. The large images will shift between each of these smaller images at set intervals. Additionally, the user should be able to put their mouse over a thumbnail, resulting in the stopping of the shifting, and remaining on the listing image connected to the thumbnail until the user moves his mouse off of the thumbnail. Underneath all of this, the headline "Listing Description" and underneath the heading, description of the vehicle as submitted to us by the seller. underneath description, the city and province listed, and underneath this, phone number of seller listed. everything other than the title, large photo, and thumbnails aligned left. 4)"Sell my Listing" page: customizable block of text with an introductory paragraph, followed by the submission form. Form asks for year, price, location, photo submission (up to 10 photos), etc, and will have "Listing Description" text box. Information will be submitted to the back end for "awaiting approval" and emailed to the admin. Above "submit" button, I would like some pre-written text. 5)financing: Form to appear for the "Apply for Financing" page, replacing one of our current pages. I already have another site in mind with the same finance form that I would like to use. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
