basic ios & android app

Hi, I need a simple ios and android app. There will be only one main function which is scanning and posting a qr code. First though, there's a login: 1. Login feature will not require any sign up or change password functions. It will be a unique code that the logging person enters. This code needs to be checked through our mysql database. If there's a match, then move into the app. 2. SCANNING: As soon as there's a login, upon tapping the scan button, the camera will open and scan any qr code / barcode etc. Once there's a successful scan, the app will redirect app user (through an in-app browser) to our [login to view URL] page with the scanned code and the unique code used at the login as POST variables. 3. Rest of the process will be done on the .php page so at that step, we only want the app to let the user do his thing on the in-app browser. We will do the design.
