Content & flow for a student website

I am building a website for college students who are looking for part time work. I will be building the site, and graphics myself, but need someone to write up the content & flow of the website. Idea in brief: This is a website targeted specifically at college students looking for part time work in the Houston area. Students will come onto this website and this needs to resonate with students who are looking to make money on the side part time doing a variety of jobs in their area (restaurant jobs, babysitting, tutoring, etc.). It has to hook them (they need to feel excited about it through the content) - ie (why part time work is great, why these jobs are great, flexible hours, etc.). We then explain who we are (we have dozens of partner companies who are looking for students), and then how to apply. Basic flow: - Student arrives on site - Feels like this hits home (targeted at him/her) - make money, nearby, flexible, etc - Explanation of who we are (we will ask a few questions about them, then custom source opportunities for them based on what they are looking for) - Then they apply (and fill out a form) Critical: Website content has to be punchy & hook the students into wanting to apply & fill out an application form. What I need: All the content of the website to get the student engaged, excited, hooked and then to apply & fill out a form
