Great ASP Programmer Needed

Hello, I am in need of a Great Programmer that can work on (2) of my websites. These two websites both use the same script/software. I need to have some modifications made to how the scripts work. Example of what I need are the following: - E-mail Verification after Registering on the sites. - Modify code so that 'Search' feature works correctly and returns the proper results. - Correct Front-End Spelling mistakes that are visible to users of my site. - Ability for users to delete their accounts from my site. This is already include in the software, but is not working correctly. - Ability for users to receive 'Comments'/Postings on their profiles by other members of my site. - For one of the sites I will need to have a Classifieds Section created and integrated into the script. - I would also like to work with someone that can integrate new templates for both sites. I already have the templates/ideas, I just need them to be integrated into the site. - I will also need to have any errors/bugs removed from the script. These should be minor fixes. Overall, that is what I am looking for in the programmer that I choose. I am preferibly looking for someone that is on here doing Freelancer work. I prefer individuals rather than working with companies. Please know that I have over 10 websites of my own, on which I have worked with many different programmers. Because of this I know how much it should cost to have different work completed. Please do not bid if you are going to post an outrageous amount. If you do, your bid will NOT be considered. If possible, I would like to work with someone on a long term basis. Please only bid if you are able to work on these scripts long term. In the past, I have hired programmers on an hourly basis. I have found this to work well and also be a horrible mistake. I am open to working on per project or an hourly basis. Please know that I will not accept an hourly basis if you are not going to be honest with your work. For example, it does not take 23 hours to install a script. Or it does not take 10 hours to update a small piece of code. If this is the way that you like to work, then don't bid. Please place your bid and let me know whether you prefer to work on a per project basis or an hourly rate. If hourly, please let me know your per hour amount. I will not accept any bids with an hourly rate over $15.00/hr. (Unless your can prove that you can complete more in an hour than someone who only charges $5-10) Please only provide previous examples if your work if they pertain to Community/Social Networking Sites or really good examples of web design/template modification. I am sorry to have written so much about this project, but I don't have the time to deal with bad programmers.. If you have any questions please send me a message.
