Its a very simple process: Users has to go through a registration process and later by logging in , the members should be able to upload and download files. They should also be able to update their details anytime by logging in. And i should be able to maintain the members details and also should be able to upload and download files aswell. Thats about it! Those who have done similar projects shall place their bid. I need only serious web programmers as they may need complete it soon.
