163048 Tout Manager

Hi, I have setup some webpages at [login to view URL] which show the flow of the program that I would like developed. I just want a quotation and an indication of timescales for implementing this project. This will be a work in progress and I expect to make a few changes as we progress with this although very minor. I have many projects that I want completing and the successful programmer will be awarded these too based on efficiency. It is hard to find decent programmers these days that are honest and trustworthy. If you have any questions regarding this progarm please email me at info at ukpropertyvalues dot com. The design as I have it is not how I would expect it to look I have merely created it in this way to demonstrate how the process should work. Please only bid if you can create the site using .net 2.0 and can create the dbase using mssql server 2005. These are languages I am currently learning for myself but dont have the level of expertise to develop this site right now. Thanks Chris
