- Redevelopment and restructuring of all public area systems within the Prospect, Lead Manager and Extranet suites to ensure that the keyboard return key entry in forms is interpreted as per a primary button-click on any given page.
- Addition of company-name to the agent credit report along with a click-through link to the agent's account
- Adjustment of some creation forms in Admin and Extranet to ensure that they do not pre-populate with data from the user's browser-saved login information
- Change the Extranet activity report such that the columns are sortable and add in click-through link to the agent's account
- Create a new Admin report for client billing (Date range, category, all/automated/overstock delivery types) to provide information on the total leads distributed, total volume and account balance information along with page-bottom total values
- Update to the lead manager's lead redistribution tool to lock out non-administrators, and allow admin staff to select the source account for any lead redistribution that is processed
- On all applicable pages within the Lead Manager system, change the fixed date range drop-down to be replaced by a pair of selectable dates for a fully-variable range
- Expand email contact feature within Lead Manager to permit a choice between standard or template emails
- Text changes to the travel forms: "Type" to "Room Type", "Number Required" to "Rooms Required", "Day Phone" to "Phone" and "2nd Phone" to "Cell Phone"
- Text changes to lead sent to agent: "Cabin" to "Room Type", "Day Phone" to "Phone" and "Work Phone" to "Cell Phone" on lead that is sent to agents
- Add "balcony" option to rooms list for travel form
- Add new front-page alerts and management page to the Lead Manager, to alert administrators of any cases where callbacks have not been properly processed by other salespersons
