I have a few extensions on FreePBX that are used for a support team that also uses HaloPSA as their ticketing system. I need the two integrated in 3 different ways:
1. When a call comes in, a new ticket window should pop on the agent's web browser, this should be configured on the softphone (Zoiper, Bria, or anyone you recommend)
2. After the call is completed, the call recording should be attached as a file to that ticket.
3. A click-to-call button should be configured within tickets allowing agents to call the customer from the softphone with one click.
