I am currently building a portfolio for voice over work. This included a lot of noise removal (I use Izotope RX which is professional grade and far beyond anything that gets included in recording software - including Da Vinci Resolves version in my opinion). In the past I have also been able to synthesize missing parts of the audio (missing low end or high end for example) using a variety of tricks and tools. Otherwise, it sounds like you’re interested in mixing and perhaps some mastering which is what I regularly do out of my studio. If you want it done well and quickly I’m the guy you want. I try to stick to projects that I can give my full attention as opposed to charging less and rushing through as many projects as possible and sacrificing quality like so many others that bid low. I want to do work and that takes time. WAV files are what I work with the most. Please don’t trim the file at all if possible. Sometimes extra audio information ends up being beneficial in unexpected ways.
