Hi there; I'm in need of someone to create Solidworks 3D CAD files and drawings of prototype full suspension mountain bike frames. I will provide kinematic files prepared in the "Linkage" suspension design software: [login to view URL] There will be three different rear suspension designs. All three rear suspension designs will be attached to the same front triangle. These will be 650b/27.5" wheel size, "Enduro" bikes with 165mm rear travel and 170mm front travel. The rear wheel spacing will be "boost". There will be an alternate shock mount on the rear triangle to drop the bottom bracket, so 29er wheels can be installed and have an appropriate bottom bracket height. I will also want the rear triangle to have clearance for 27.5+/650b+ wheels and tires. Rear travel with the 29er or 650b+ wheels and tires will be 140mm, with a 150mm travel 29er/650b+ (boost) fork. You will be required to fill out a Non Disclosure Agreement (NDA). I am hoping that the Solidworks files will be ready to send to a manufacturer in a relatively short period of time. I am behind schedule because the person who was helping me with the CAD work flaked out and I haven't heard from them for several months.
