Need a good, smart English writer

We run a marketing firm, and we need a smart writer who can research and write weekly articles for a specific client. Right now our clients are in the following industries: Daycare/Preschool/Montessori Real Estate (Calgary, Canada) Optometry Dental General Health Care We need a good writer, who's English is perfect and someone who can research and write on a multitude of topics. A suitable writer for our project will be asked to find trending topics of interest within different industries (including the ones listed). You will be responsible for: Blog writing Website content management Newsletter writing We expect a writer who not only writes informative, but also talks to their audience through engaging first person writing, as well as good factual information. Portfolio of writings will be necessary.
