okay so your bidding on a simple thing no graphics or design all you need to do is make a wordpress or other to look like attached. we will place all text and logo we need this as we have a website already and this is simply to show some news daily before clients goto our main website which we already have so to recap landing page like one shown one simple framework like image header for logo space then the modules to allow us to write some text and image which they can click to another page ( blank ) it's very simple
