Need to Send Bulk Emails

Need to email 2million sales letter 50,000 to 100,000 emails per day I am looking for someone to send bulk emails for me. I need someone who has their own emailing system/setup, has a good inbox ratio and can begin sending right away. I will need full reporting on send emails. I will provide the list of emails that need to be sent to. I do not provide you with SMTPs. I require a test of 5000 emails, embedded with some of my own, to be sent before I hire anyone If I get the emails I was supposed to in my inbox, you will be hired. Forex traders is my target costumers. My budget is $250 for 2,000,000 emails.
