Mudrex Italy is seeking a motivated and experienced Business Development Generalist to drive growth and expand our market reach. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, establishing partnerships, and building strategic relationships to increase revenue and achieve business goals.

Mudrex is a Y Combinator-backed and Series-A Funded Organization on a mission to Democratize Investing for Retail users. Our current flagship crypto products, Coin Sets and Vault, have seen fantastic traction in the markets we have launched.
We are growing rapidly, and to sustain and support this rapid growth, we are looking to expand our team. The folks at Mudrex are young and driven to a single purpose - to build a robust self-serving platform that simplifies investing in cryptocurrency.
Key Responsibilities:
Actively seek out and close business partnerships and collaborations with relevant agencies and organizations to expand the platform's market reach and customer base.
Lead negotiations with potential partners and clients, with the goal of securing profitable and long-lasting business relationships that benefit both parties.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the crypto investment landscape, leveraging industry knowledge and insights to stay ahead of market trends.
Utilize various outreach methods, including email campaigns, social media, and networking events, to generate leads and establish meaningful connections with potential partners and clients.
Work closely with the Business team to ensure that leads are effectively converted into profitable business partnerships, and support the Marketing process as needed.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing or related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales or marketing
Strong understanding of the crypto industry and financial investment landscape
Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building successful partnerships
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM/Marketing software
