Casino Craps Sim

I need the game of Casino Craps Analyzed. 10 billion rounds from 10 Billion different tables. Ranging from $5 to $300 Max to $10 to $50,000 max with 3,4,5 x Odds. I need Pass Line and Dont Pass Line with Come and Dont come with box numbers. All the layout even with the field and Big 6/8. I want my sim player able to chart tables how ever he wants to. Jump from one table to another when ever he wants to and analyze other shooters. Then program him to leave the table whenever he wants to. I want to analyze patterns of numbers and have the sim show me the numbers that indicate what to bet most likely out of 10 billion rounds. I feel that if the 7 comes on the comeout then most likeley the point will not be made. There is alot more to discuss but first and foremost I want a Mathmetician. Understand I have hired someone already but I have my doubts incase he doesnt pull through then I would like to hire someone else. I will have material on the subject if needed.
