I need a view for my c# razor application

Hi, I would like to tell you what I need in case you could do it. I have a .net project based on razor, and I have the following structure ([login to view URL]). The idea is that I need right now to create another component to have another view called discrepancies ([login to view URL]). I need to follow the same structure, that is each view component separately. The main idea of the discrepancies view is this ([login to view URL]). "Archivos" is going to be a branch for example local to my pc where I can select files, Then "hoja cupones" will be images that I can pass by clicking on the arrows, also in local. "Calificacion" will be a dropdown of a list by hand with example data. "Comentario ", it has to be a comment that you write and hit the "button" and save it in a .txt file. "Facturado" and "presentado" will be for future viewing what I select from the coupon, i.e. currently created but without functionality. And the bottom of the list, simply that from the .txt file on the left that I select, I paint you a list there.
