I have a WPF project . I finished my part of the project, but I couldn't continue please help me to finish it. Here is the demand:  Programming language C#, platform WPF.net6.  Development mode, similar to photoShop layer management.  Import and export images, support CAD data, support drag and shift, scroll wheel zoom.  Displays 10,000 rectangles/numbers in batches.  real-time display coordinate, gray value, scale.  free to add ROI interactive tools, open to allow editing functions, anchor point control parameters, can set the border color/fill color/whether to fill/line width/line type (solid line/dotted line and other common formats), color 4 channels, supported interaction types include: point, line segment, rectangle, rotating rectangle, circle, ellipse, arc. Open ROI interaction base class to support custom development.  is free to add text (position (x,y, Angle), font (color/size/font library), arrows.  Measuring tool - Line segment (length, X length, Y length, Angle).  Each layer can be dragged and moved individually; Supports multiple map layers moving together  can inherit the layer base class for custom rendering.  wraps controls that can be invoked by the application layer. Now I finish some of them and here is my project .
