Hello. We are in need of a CUSTOM CMS System for this website: [login to view URL] Make sure to go through it thoroughly. This website is in already Joomla / everything is in the web server. NEEDS -Streamlined interface for ease of use -The people who are going to be using this interface will have a medium computer skills NOTES PAGES WITH ADDED FUNCTIONALITY 1. “PROJECTS” Area, will be needing to add pages of new projects. New Projects will be displayed in a Menu on the right hand side. Each Project Page will have DOCS, PDFS attached to them. 2. “INNOVATION news” page, there will be articles uploaded on a regular basis, format: PDF and Word Docs along with their description – these items need to be archived and searchable. *We want to see samples of CMS interfaces you have designed. *Full payment upon completion, testing and debugging Thank you.
