Flash Page Program

I would like to design a webpage template to include the following components and features: • An article reader component: This component needs to be resized to accommodate articles instead of news as it was designed for, it should be placed on the page to allow room at the top of the page for a banner and a page title. See component here: [login to view URL] • A video player bar: This needs to be displayed at the lower portion of the page there should be enough space between the two components to allow space for a second banner See component here: [login to view URL] • A blog page which is access through a simple colorful button labeled BLOG. This needs to have a feature to allow the admin to turn this button off so that it is not displayed on the page. • I would like to have the ability to add keywords and Meta Tags into a setup page. These keywords should appear on the main page as links; See keyword samples top left corner of this page: [login to view URL] • Finally the page needs to contain two addition banner spaces on each side of the main components. I would like an interface that would allow me to copy and paste code in the selected banner spaces this interface should support Ad sense Click Bank hop links and images, and Amazon .
