I'm looking for a specialist to provide email support for a client company. In this role, you will primarily handle billing queries and general customer service inquiries. If you have a strong understanding of these topics and a commitment to providing top-quality service, you might be the perfect fit for the role. Your availability must span 4 hours daily, over 5 days each week. Key Requirements: - Strong skill set in customer service and billing - Excellent communication skills - Availability for 4 hours per day, 5 days per week - Ability to provide live chat support - Fast, accurate typing skills Consideration will be given to those with proven experience in similar roles.
