Ghost Writing on Social Networking issues

I am creating a resource page for parents about the dangers of social networking sites in general and [login to view URL] in particular. I need someone who can write in easy to understand language for parents (as a native speaker) and explain different facets of it. I need ONE well written, well researched (both for the facts/contents as well as for the keywords to bring up the site up in google ranking) articles (400-500 words) that i am required to submit for publishing under my own name (or whatever name i choose), providing me full copyrights and no infringement or violation of anybody else's copyright and intellectual rights. Pls confirm that you understand the word density and keywords concepts that are needed to get a site ranking up.
