Hello, we need a draft of a manufacturing/supplier contract to secure: 1) Our supplier is not allowed to sell our branded product to anyone esle worldwide 2) Our supplier is not allowed to use our branded photos of our product and similar ones for promoting their product. 3) Our supplier will return 250$ certification fee after 10.000 units sales will be reached 4) Our supplier will reimburse our duty tax costs when they receive them back 5) Supplier has to report any production issues immediately without any time delay Please add some other important things you think should be in the purchase cooperation agreement.
