Our retailing business requires a payment reconciliation and refund management system that will allow our cashier to send payment information to the accountant, reconcile payment received by bank transfer or other payment methods, and manage the refund process. We require this system to be designed using Zoho or Zoho Creator. Project Requirements: The system should allow the cashier to send payment information to the accountant. The accountant should be able to input the bank reference of each payment received. The staff should confirm the payment process by putting a reference relating to the payment process in the POS system. A refund form should be designed where staff can specify the reasons for the refund request. The manager should approve the refund request and send it to the accountant to process the refund. The staff should input the refund into the POS system. Notification should be sent to each party once the system has been updated. Technical Requirements: Platform: Zoho or Zoho Creator Communication channel: In-app notifications and email User Interface: Zoho Creator Project Deliverables: Payment reconciliation and refund management system. User manual and documentation. Testing and bug fixing. Support and maintenance. Project Timeline: The project is expected to be completed within 4 weeks from the date of award.

Hello there, I went through the requirement and I can complete this within few 5 - 7 days. Below are the my understanding of the requirement:- -- You have 4 kind of users - Cashier ( who will enter the payment information and send it to accountant) - Accountant who will enter the reference no of each payment and then staff will confirm the payment process - Staff member can also raise a refund by putting the refund reason - Manager who we approve the refund -- Email notifications Development process will be the :- - Module creation like Payment information form, Refund - Automations - Roles and permission - Final testing and bug fixing - User manual and documentation - Support and maintenance This all about my understanding and process. Questions- - Those staff member, accountant, member will be external user or internal user. - Do we need to configure the customer portal for the users - Is there any payment integration or third party integration - How many users will be there If you satisfied with the understanding and process then kindly read my personal details I am a Creator certified developer and having rich hands on experience in deluge script. I am confident that I can deliver a high-quality system within this timeframe.** I have extensive experience in developing payment reconciliation and refund management systems, and my proposed solution is to use Zoho Creator to design and develop the payment reconciliation and refund management system. I will use the platform to develop a system that allows cashiers to send payment information to accountants, reconcile payments received by bank transfer or other payment methods, and manage the refund process. I will ensure that the system meets all of the project requirements, including allowing cashiers to input payment information, allowing accountants to input bank references for payments received, allowing staff to confirm payment processes, designing a refund form, enabling managers to approve refund requests and process them, and sending notifications to all parties involved once the system has been updated.
