I am currently completing my Master Studies in Mathematics and I have 3 years experience in programming gained from student jobs (C++, Python, Git, Linux, Software Arcitectures, Microcontrollers). I have a good Mathematical understanding of Statistics/Machine Learning, Probability theory as well as Algebra / Cryptography. I think I can probably solve your problem in 4h.
