Build me a simple PSD to HTML responsive website

I have a chrome extension [login to view URL] So i need 2 html5 responsive pages for my extension to be completed, the design aspect is the most important. IF you going to bid you need to follow this: 1.-read instructions on description 2.-make one page test, no effects even just a simple layout ( but with the exact design as PSD ) once i verify your test and see that is exactly as i wanted i will paid for this test and continue on awarding this project to you. I designed this on a 27inch imac so when you send back the test page you have to make sure its responsive so it looks exactly as its expected from the original design, make sure you read this is extremely important! 3.-you need to install font ninja extension in chrome to make the font size, layout, styling, color EXACTLY as the reference website and the PSD. 4.-i wont accept half ass jobs or desperate bids making false promises 5.-if you going to do the trial and you expect me to send you PSD and then you dont do it cause you get lazy after please save me the time and dont bid. 6.-Do not bid or ask for PSD if you don't understand and read the instructions, you will be awarded the job and my next website if you can demonstrate that you can follow design instructions, i will not set a milestone or pay for a test that doesn't fit the final result. i will pay for the test IF its done exactly as specifications and award you the rest of the pages. 7.-I am looking for a Expert Front End Developer that can get the work done properly and i can award you 2 more websites i have that needs to be coded so if you want to invest in one simple test page and gain tons of work with me then bid. I am looking for a reliable front end developer that understands design and pays attention to details. The reference Website will be sent to you after you make the bid and you ready to make the trial page i know this is only 2 pages but i have 2 more websites i need so if you can manage to impress me you can now earn more money with me since i am looking for a front end developer for my future projects
