We are seeking assistance researching regulated types of data in India. Our definition of regulated data types is those that require awareness, protection or special handling. This might include things such as personal, sensitive, government specialist or industry proprietary types of data.
The purpose of this task is to reasonably identify and report a summary of all possible types of data collected and used by businesses, organizations and governments that is protected or controlled by any form of regulation, law or standard within India. This could be industry centric requirements (such as but not limited to medical, education, financial), or government requirements (national, state or local), or other rules and requirements that are followed by organizations that require particular types and categories of data to be identified, handled or protected in accordance with particular requirements.
The project requires gathering, evaluating, and analyzing available information, organizing the data in a spreadsheet, and preparing a summary report.
When responding, please show your experience with analyzing data and reporting on findings with well-researched insights.
The final deliverable should include a well-organized spreadsheet with data points and an accompanying report outlining the findings.
