I believe I have the right experience as well as predispositions for the job as I have good working knowledge of eBay, I am able to create eBay listings using HTML, CSS and Photoshop and I am very good at communicating with customers. I have personally ran a small eBay shop in the past, unfortunately I had fallen victim of counterfeit electronic items from far-eastern wholesalers which led to me losing my budget. Nonetheless, this has given me a lot of experience dealing with customers as well as the eBay team. I am familiar with eBay's T&C's. From a young age I had interest in computing and this has led to me learning how to design websites using HTML, CSS and Photoshop. I believe these skills are foremost important in creating successful eBay listings. As well as the above I am a very good mediator. Customer satisfaction is always of extreme significance to me. I always try my best to use correct punctuation and grammar, which in my belief plays a factor in the customer's perception of the company. Additionally, it might be worth adding that for many years I had worked with public and as a speaker. My roles included: Head Boy in secondary school (head of student council and prefects and representative of pupils in school); lifeguard at a leisure center where I had to deal with difficult customers on a daily basis, while always remaining calm and positive. I had also run a small company in the virtual environment "Second Life", where I created 3D models and sold them for real money -this job required creativity, good communication skills as well as good advertising skills. If picked for the job, I would offer to the company: - availability to work almost any day, - creating and designing listings, - responding to customer inquiries within short periods of time.
