Getting Email Addresses from Jigsaw

I have a list of about 100 companies. For these companies, I need the contact information from [login to view URL] for certain people (described below). Given the way that Jigsaw works, it requires an account to generate points before a contact can be obtained; essentially these points are currency on the site. Therefore, for each contact, it is important to cross-check the information with [login to view URL] and update the title or whether or not the person still works at the company - making these changes generate points for the accounts. When points are awarded, you use them to access the contact. The contacts can then be exported from Jigsaw.com. Also, given the constraints of [login to view URL] - they limit the points one can acquire per day - multiple [login to view URL] accounts will have to be created to get all of the information in a timely manner. For the list of companies, we want the following (maximum of 20 contacts per company): (1) All contacts who are in Sales at C-Level (2) All contacts who are in Sales at VP-Level (3) All contacts who are in Sales at Director Level AND live in state of TX For some companies there won't be 20 available contacts. For others, there will be more, but the maximum for this project is 20 contacts per company. The approximate list size should be right at 2,000 contact upon completion. I am planning on paying $0.20 per contact provided, which puts the budget around $400. One final note. This project requires cross-referencing the contacts and working with multiple [login to view URL] accounts. You are responsible for working through all of these sites and delivering the project.
