full time Virtual Assistant for an ongoing project

I need a female virtual assistant. The ideal individual is someone highly motivated based only in Canada, U.S or Europe. It is an ongoing project. So I will make a one time payment and then it will become a weekly/monthly salary based on commission. The project is based in the adult industry and it has started. However, but it needs some help in order to make it work smoothly. I'm looking for an absolutely over the top amazing booker/screener/ computer savey with great organizational skills.
