Excel: Create a master sheet from 10 other sheets.

I want to create a roster of everyone in my company. I currently have 10 sheets. Each sheet represents a different area (marketing, finance, etc) and within those sheets are 1-6 tables containing subteams of employees. I'd like to take all of the tables on each sheet and combine them into one Master sheet. However, if the data in a row is edited or a row itself is added/deleted from any of the tables on the 10 sheets, I'd like the Master to reflect that. Additionally, each row (that represents one person) has the months marked that they are contracted for within the tables. I would like to easily be able to filter (by a macro button maybe?) to only show the active employees based on the current month. So if "Table_A" has 10 employees but only 6 of them are contracted in May, if i hit a button it will only show me those 6 contracted in May and filter out the other 4. But if I go to the Master sheet, all 10 employees would still remain of course. I hope that makes sense. I'd be happy to talk through more.
