Filling the Data Entry Project like excel e.t.c

We have an out-dated, paper-based system in our office which we want to digitise. The project involves entering a folder full of pages of data into an excel spreadsheet. It is simple data entry with no need for advanced formulas etc. However we are open to suggestions regarding advanced functionality to enhance usability if you have them. You will find attached a scan of one page of the "analogue data" which we need entered into Excel. Also attached is an Excel Spreadsheet showing how the data could be be represented (Enhancement suggestions welcome). - Each scanned page of existing data represents 50 sales all made by the same staff member. - You will find the staff member's name at the top of each page. - The Job number range is at the top of the page as well. - We would provide (via Dropbox or similar) a set of scanned pages covering the Job Number Range 50051-53650 (approx) This equates to approximately 75 pages of data to be entered.
