I'm looking for an astute professional who can manage a significant nonprofit outreach initiative I'm about to embark on. Here's what I require: - Gathering Contact Info: You’ll be scouring the web to find the email addresses of up to 400 organizations that we've earmarked for outreach. This means you'll need to be adept at online research, not afraid of a bit of online digging, and extremely accurate in your data gathering. - Personalization of Messages: Each pre-written message copy you'll be working with needs to be tailored with the organization and contact's name. Adding a personal touch through referencing one of our specific events will be essential. This calls for strong attention to detail and excellent proofreading skills. - Full-Stack Email Handling: You’ll not just be preparing but also sending these emails straight from my email account. - Comprehensive Email Construction: Each email should feature an introduction about my nonprofit, highlights of our specific programs/achievements and a clear call to action. Crucially, you'll work off templates I'll provide, but ensuring each email makes an impact will be your responsibility. Ideal candidates for this project are those with prior experience in email marketing, nonprofit outreach, proofreading, data entry, and online research. Your proposal should demonstrate how you've handled similar projects in the past. Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion is paramount as you'll be handling sensitive data and working directly from my email account.
