csv file adjustment

i have a csv file with all my inventory i want to post it online to ebay. but my csv file needs adjusting to ebay requirement. i need someone to make the adjustments for me. this job will take less than an hour since majority of the work is done. you will need to change some of the main tags and possibly add more information to the file FileExchangeCategoryListingTemplate is a copy of the ebay template [login to view URL] is my current csv file. the file must work and upload must be completed before i release escrow. i wouldn't be able to adjust the file if they are errors on ebay so i wold need to know that the file is working before i release funds. lowest and best bid wins.
