Data entry of recipes into Website

I have a large number of recipes that I want to centralize into a database. I plan to use a online recipe site for the storage of the data. You will be provided a link to view/download PDF files that contained scanned copies of the recipes. You will have to type the recipes into the online recipe site. In addition, you will be provided with a list of URLs that point to recipes that are available online and need to be cut-and-paste into the recipe database (following the style and entry requirements for the recipe database). I estimate that a fast typist can type in a recipe into the database in the same amount of time as the same typist would take to cut-and-paste a recipe from an existing Website. I will provide you with the login/password for the recipe database site. I will also provide a style guide for you to follow. You are expected to follow the style guide, and also proofread your work. The first batch of recipes will be a test of 50 recipes (a mix of scanned recipes and URLs to online recipes to copy). Send a message if you have any questions. -Chris
