Product database migration to Magento

I am transferring my website to Magento and need help creating attributes, populating them with our options and importing our entire product database. We have around 5,000 products and 65 different attributes (see documents attached for the list of the attributes - this can be modified if the same data should be displayed in a different way). As our attributes are different to a standard ecommerce site I need someone who has a deep understanding of data, database structures, Magento attributes and who will take their time to understand our structure. I will also need you to advise me on which type to choose for each product - I imagine some will be simple, some will be bundles, etc. When bidding, say what makes you the person I should choose and outline your plan for the project. Communication is vital, so when bidding, also say what times you will be working and when we can communicate. We will use Skype and emails and I expect daily updates. I do not require any design - this project is all about data. Also, this is just about the product catalogue - no customer import is required.
