Desktop Support L2

I am looking for a reliable and experienced desktop support specialist to provide onsite assistance for computer troubleshooting. I have an existing process laid out, so the successful candidate will need to be comfortable and knowledgeable enough to follow these instructions. Accurate troubleshooting abilities are essential, along with excellent communication and a customer-oriented approach. The ideal candidate should also be familiar with IT support tools, and possess the technical skills to upgrade software as required. The ability to troubleshoot networks will also be desirable, but not essential. This is an ongoing project that requires a commitment of 8-10 hours per week, to be performed onsite. We would expect the successful candidate to be available and reliable, and able to undertake all tasks promptly and to a high standard. Job Location -Ahamdabad Gujrat Experience – 3 to 4 years.
