Master's level Researcher needed for a project

I need a researcher with Master in Electrical Engineering (or even who is about to finish studies) willing to work with me on: 1- complete original master's thesis never submitted before of master's level of up to 70-90 pages. Thesis related to Fuzzy Control or neural control and preferably on " An Fuzzy Based Load Frequency Control of Mini Hydro/Thermal Power plant". Thesis must contain chapters like: Introduction, Literature Survey, Problem Description, Proposed Solution, Design and Analysis of solution in Matlab-Simulink, Results from Simulink, Discussion of results, Conclusion, Future Work. 2- Simulation files and results. 3- Presentation I have some previous work on proposal and literature survey I want you to understand and complete the above needful.(basically You have to explain a specific problem and solve that. References should be good quality. I will check my Thesis for originality on software and if failed then no payment. I can pay $300 and want some one from India, Bangladesh or Pakistan.
