Greetings, I have developed several Battery Management Systems in the past for Li-ion battery packs ranging from 12V to 600V with currents up to 200 A. My experience encompass both single unit BMS units as well as master-slave systems with up to 10 stacked BMS units. On two designs I have used Texas Instruments BQ series of BMS ICs so I am quite familiar with the architecture of the chip you are requiring to be used. All of my designs had voltage, temperature and current monitoring capabilities, as well as passive balancing. For the suggested bid amount and project delivery time I will provide you the following: 1. Concept definition, including PCB architecture, board shape, connectivity to the battery pack 2. Component selection (including second source in order to reduce potential issues from component shortage) 3. Schematic design 4. Layout design 5. When you say bms, you mean stuff other than protection? Balancing, charge, discharge. For the current requirement you've mentioned i can offer a design. As for me I've worked on a design with max 10A. My current bms is 11S. So i can offer you a solution if that you're looking for. Let me know what you think of this. To be very clear i am assuming you're flexible in your budget.

Hi, I am very familiar with TI bq series, my project in the past with bq series are : 4s using bq40z60, 2s using bq40z50 and the latest one is 10s by combining the bq769300 as the battery monitor + bq78350 as the fuel gauge + BQ7721602PWR as the secondary protection and bq76200 as the High side FETs controller, I am also able to operate the bq studio for configuring the bq chip series, For 16s I think it can adopt from my latest project by replacing the battery monitor only which can support up to 16s like bq79616 as you mentioned.
