HI, I have experience in LNA design in GaAs technology. I have used several GaAs fabrication processes from WIN foundry Taiwan for designing of active and passive RF circuits. I have used PE15, PE25 and PIH10 GaAs processes from WIN foundry. I have expertise in Microwave office for designing RF circuits. Please let me know the following to give you better idea about the project:- Which GaAs process you want to utilize for designing the LNA. Do you have the PDK from foundry and DRC rules for the desired GaAs process. What are the detailed design specifications for the required LNA. Looking forward to hear from you. Regards
