Website urgently needs uploading

I have a simple project that needs to be completed urgently. I need the following:- 1. Upload a 7 page website to my server 2. Create relevant active links so that a viewer can click between pages 3. Make some small amendments to the .psd files (changing text). 4. Intergrate a simple Aweber form 5. Create an extra webpage using one of the .psd files as a template This should take a few hours for someone with photoshop, aweber and web design experience. I'm in a rush to have this project and need to have the work complete by 5pm GMT 10th Nov. I'm going to decide on a supplier from Vworker at 8am GMT 10th Nov so you'll have a day to complete the work. I will provide the .psd files and my ftp logon details once the project has been awarded. I've attached slides to show what needs to be done and also the Aweber code. ## Deliverables 1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Employer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No 3rd party components unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the employer on the site per the worker's Worker Legal Agreement). ## Platform the site needs to look consistent on all web browsers. You'll see on the slides that I suggest to have the webpages save as .php files but I'm happy if you think that they should be set up as another type of file html etc....
