Responsible person to run very important Errand in Ottawa, Ca

I'm based in Vancouver but I need a document authenticated at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and then legalized in an Embassy office in Ottawa. I would like someone physically nearby and highly responsible to accept this document by mail and promptly take it to the required offices. In the first one will take approximately 1 hour to authenticate, in the second office will take a few days to be legalized and will advise when it's ready to pick up. In total would take about 3 to 4 hours to complete the task. 1. Give your address so Document can be sent From Vancouver to Ottawa. 2. Receive document. 3. Take it to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs at the Authentication Services Section and request Authentication of the document. 4. Receive the authenticated document. (After around 1 hour of wait in the office) 5. Take it to the Panamanian Embassy in Ottawa so it can be legalized and leave it there. 6. When the Embassy notifies it’s ready, pick up the document. 7. Send by mail. Further details will be shared with the person hired. You MUST be very well reviewed since you are going to be handling a very sensitive and personal document on my behalf.
