We are America's largest dental billing company moving our dental insurance verification team off shore (see [login to view URL] for more details.) Duties are as follows: 1) Gather insurance information on 100+ CDT codes via insurance web portal 2) Gather more insurance information on 100+ CDT codes via FAXBACK 3) Call insurance company in the USA during USA business hours to get all missing information not provided in the insurance web portal or the FAXBACK. 4) Input all data into a custom web app 5) Repeat steps above as required.
