Need VBA Expert for Outlook BCM Form Customization

I am looking for a VBA Expert who is very experienced with outlook. I have the CRM ‘Outlook Business Contact Manager’ installed in my office. I have 8 computers or users who will be using this system. The 8 users will be taking phone calls and need to fill out a custom form created in business contact manager. When the form is filled out the Info should be displayed on the shared outlook calendar. At the end of the day one user needs the ability to click a button to print out all of the completed forms for the day. In addition to each individual form being printed a master sheet will be printed which summarizes each lead that came in. (I can provide these forms as pdf’s to the winning bidder) Outlook Business Contact Manager allows the creation of custom forms and I Believe all of this should be possible with some vba programming.
